Goodtime Seniors’ Dance Club Every Tuesday Night
The Goodtime Seniors’ Dance Club have a dance every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at the Truro Legion on Brunswick Street. Admission is $10, 50/50 tickets. A 5-piece band playing waltzes, fox trots, polkas, jives, waltz quadrilles and country/modern singing. No canteen service available but you can bring your own water. Open to all ages! Central Nova Cam Jammers Second Annual Car Show
The Central Nova Cam Jammers are having their Second Annual Car Show at Blake’s Pumpkin Jungle and Roosters Peak, 970 Shore Road, Debert with registration at 8am and show from 10am to 3pm. The Car show is open to all special interest vehicles. Over $5,000 in door prizes drawn all day. $10 vehicle entrance fee, spectators free and there will be food trucks on site. Proud to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Maitland and District Fire Dept, 8802 Highway 215 in Maitland, would like to welcome their brand new pumper to their fleet. Engine 511 will help modernize the fleet, giving them better firefighting capabilities and a safer truck to work with. There will be an official unveiling at the Maitland Fire Dept Fun Days on Saturday, June 20 from 10am to 2pm.
