Truro Fundraiser for the Water of Life Project is planned for Saturday, May 30 from 10am to 11am at Victoria Park, Truro. The walk will begin at the bandshell and continue to the Joe Howe Falls. The Central Nova Cam Jammers are having their Second Annual Car Show at Blake’s Pumpkin Jungle and Roosters Peak, 970 Shore Road, Debert with registration at 8am and show from 10am to 3pm.  The Car show is open to all special interest vehicles.  Over $5,000 in door prizes drawn all day.  $10 vehicle entrance fee, spectators free and there will be food trucks on site.  Proud to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Maitland and District Fire Dept, 8802 Highway 215 in Maitland, would like to welcome their brand new pumper to their fleet. 3rd Annual Quilt & Hooked Rug Show and Sale on June 26 & 27 from 10am - 4pm at the Farm Equipment Museum, 73 Ryland Ave, Bible Hill.  A variety of vendors will be set up along with food trucks on Friday from 10:30 to 2pm.  On Saturday, the Colchester County 4-H will have a canteen set up.  Drop off scissors for sharpening.
